Principles of Gender Equality for Development Organizations
Main Article Content
Abstract
These principles were developed by a working group birthed out of a Consultation on Development, Gender and Christianity at Wheaton College in 2018. The Consultation brought together over 30 technical experts, ministers, and leaders from global faith-based organizations to discuss best practices and development needs for gender equality in our work and places of work. These principles represent broadly accepted minimum practices, written through a theological lens, to facilitate organizational growth and development toward greater gender equality.
